Getting started

Reach the DFC module, hear the demo line as it is today, see how the parts fit together, then change one value and hear the difference.

This section gets you from nothing to hearing a change you made, which is the whole argument for DFC and takes about fifteen minutes.

It runs on the Pronetx sales demo instance, which already has DFC deployed, its entities in place, the demo flows published and a number attached. Nothing here asks you to build or deploy anything.

Five pages:

  1. Finding DFC in the portal — sign in and reach the module.
  2. Call the demo flow — call the line and note what it does now.
  3. How a lookup works — the three moving parts behind that call, and the path a request takes through them.
  4. Change a prompt and hear it — edit one field, call again, hear the difference.
  5. Reading the demo flow — the contact flow that answered you, and what is missing from it.
