Build a flow
Read what the lookup returns, build a flow that uses the entity you made, then compare it with the full demo flow.
You have an entity. This section is the half that consumes it, and unlike the last one it is in Amazon Connect rather than the CX Portal.
You have already read the demo’s flow. Now you build a much smaller one of your own, against the entity you just created.
